Česminica Beach

Česminica Beach is a picturesque bay located in the town of Sućuraj on the Island of Hvar in Croatia. This popular tourist destination is situated approximately 200 meters away from the town center and is easily accessible by foot, car, scooter, bicycle, or boat. The beach is on the south side of the island, situated next to the road and below the promenade.

The beach is characterized by its combination of pebble, stone, and concrete shores, with a sandy and shallow sea bottom. It is particularly suitable for families with small children and the elderly due to its shallow waters and the natural shade provided by nearby trees. However, visitors should note that the sea is initially rocky and contains numerous sea urchins.

Česminica Beach is equipped with amenities that ensure the comfort of its visitors. These include showers, toilets, and a changing cabin. There is also a coffee bar on the beach. A unique feature of Česminica Beach is its accessibility ramp, which provides access for disabled individuals. Additionally, the beach is protected by buoys, providing a safe swimming area.

Despite this, the stunning scenery of the bay and the clear waters of the sea make Česminica Beach a highly appreciated destination. Visitors are advised to bring essentials such as a towel, an umbrella, and swimming shoes with gel soles for a comfortable beach experience.
