Cala Francese

Cala Francese is a picturesque beach located on the western coast of the island of Lampedusa, Italy. The beach is not far from the center of Lampedusa, being just a 15-minute walk away. It is also approximately 2 kilometers away from a small complex of hand-cut stone houses known as "Villette" of Cala Francese. Cala Francese is known for its varied seabed, which includes both rocks and poseidonia, making it an ideal spot for snorkeling or diving. It is not uncommon to see sea turtles swimming near the shore. Despite its small size, the beach is often crowded, indicating its popularity among beachgoers.
