Green Beach

Green Beach, also known as Yeşil Plaj, is a serene and picturesque beach located in the Kadinlar Denizi District of Kuşadası, Turkey. Situated about 5 kilometers south of the Kusadasi Cruise Port, the beach is nestled amidst lush greenery of palm trees, bougainvilleas, and olive trees, which lend the beach its name.

The beach is known for its tranquil ambiance and provides visitors with a beautiful view of a tiny reef and the nearby islands. This scenic beauty coupled with its clear waters makes it a popular spot among scuba divers. Despite its appeal, the beach is typically not crowded, offering a secluded retreat for those looking for a peaceful seaside experience. However, it tends to attract a significant number of local vacationers on Sundays.

Green Beach is approximately 200 meters long and 10 meters wide. It has a unique combination of sand and grass areas due to the limited natural sand at the sea level. The beach also features terraces adorned with chaise lounges for the comfort of its visitors.

In terms of amenities, Green Beach offers a range of facilities including a café, restaurant, bar, WC, shower, sun loungers, and umbrellas.

Getting to Green Beach is quite convenient. Visitors can either take a private car from Kusadasi Cruise Port, a journey of about 10 minutes, or avail the public minibuses that operate in front of Kusadasi Cruise Terminal, which takes around 15 minutes.

Green Beach has been recognized for its quality, having been awarded the Blue Flag, an international certification for beaches with high environmental and quality standards.
