Kingsdown Beach

Kingsdown Beach is a shingle beach situated near the White Cliffs of Dover. It is a serene location suitable for strolls and outdoor meals. The beach is composed of shingle with some sand areas and a visible chalk shelf during low tide.

Due to the steep shingle slope and strong currents, swimming is not advised. Rockpool exploration is possible and seals may be spotted occasionally. On clear days, visitors can admire views of the French coastline.

A cycle track towards Deal or a walk towards St Margaret's Bay are available for visitors. The beach has limited facilities, but there are three pubs nearby and free parking. Toilets, bars, and restaurants are available on the beach.

Come and appreciate Kingsdown Beach's natural beauty.
