It is not associated with any sensitive areas such as nature reserves, archaeological sites, or turtle nesting areas. Despite its natural beauty, the beach does not provide facilities for beach sports or water sports.

KocaHasanlı Halk Plajı is equipped with facilities catering to people with disabilities. This includes a disabled toilet and a ramp for wheelchair access. However, there are no special sun loungers or umbrellas for people with disabilities, and there is no elevator from the pier to the sea. There are also no floating wheelchairs available for visually impaired people to access the sea.

The beach is accessible by public transportation, with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes from the city center. It is situated 117 km from the nearest airport and 40 km from the city center.
