Lagoon Beach

Lagoon Beach is a semi-wild beach nestled in the Pallini Municipal Unit in the first leg of Halkidiki. The beach is particularly recognized for its serene environment and captivating beauty. It is not often crowded, thus providing a calm retreat for visitors. However, it's not an organized beach, indicating that visitors should carry their own umbrellas for shade.

The beach's natural attributes, particularly the striking turquoise hue of the lagoon waters, are one of its main attractions. The northern section of the beach is particularly attractive, providing sunbeds for those who prefer them, or the option to set up your own umbrella. However, the area of the beach near the harbor is less inviting.

Lagoon Beach is located adjacent to Lagoon Glarokampos and is a favored spot for nude sunbathing, especially when it's not crowded. The beach is encircled by camping grounds in the adjacent forest. Still, it's crucial to remember that free camping is not allowed in Greece outside of designated areas. Despite some litter in the forest, the beach itself provides ample natural shade and the unique feature of driving a car directly onto the sand.

The entrance to the water can be somewhat challenging due to the presence of concrete mixed with seagrass and sea urchins. The water is warm but may appear murky. Even though camping trailers can be found in the woods, they do not disrupt the beach's unique, non-conformist atmosphere.
