Lake of Staz

The Lake of Staz, also referred to as Lej da Staz, is a tranquil and picturesque body of water located in the municipality of Celerina/Schlarigna, near the well-known resort town of St. Moritz in Switzerland. Visitors can also choose to start their walk to the lake from Pontresina or Celerina. For those who prefer to drive, there is a car park located near the Waldaus Am See hotel, approximately a 15-minute walk from the lake.

The lake is also easily accessible by public transport, and the path to it is suitable for strollers, making it a family-friendly destination. After exploring the lake, visitors can continue their walk to Celerina or Pontresina and then return to St. Moritz by the Rhaetian Railway or bus.
