Playa Ojo de Agua

Playa Ojo de Agua is a breathtaking hidden beach located off the beaten path. This semi-private spot is known for its beautiful golden sand and strong waves and currents. Due to the strength of the waves, it is not recommended for young ones or for swimming. The beach is reached by walking down an unmarked, uneven, and rocky trail. At the split in the trail, visitors should take the left path to reach this hidden gem. The beach features turquoise and sparkling water crashing against the rocks, and is home to a variety of crabs. A swing hanging from a chain has also been installed for visitors to enjoy.

Despite its beauty, the beach has been noted for its litter problem. Visitors are urged to pick up after themselves to preserve the beauty of the location. Additionally, those driving to the beach should ensure their vehicles do not have oil leaks, as the beach has underground water that surfaces on the beach.
