Punta Arena de La Ventana

Punta Arena de La Ventana is a remarkable beach located approximately 100 km from the city of La Paz in the Los Planes subdelegation of Baja California Sur, Mexico. Its natural beauty is characterized by its soft, white sands and vibrant sea which lies in front of Isla Cerralvo. The landscape also features a lighthouse and Salinas that add to the beach's charm.

The beach is also renowned for its diverse marine life. Visitors have reported sightings of sea lions, dolphins, whales, and even sharks. Moreover, the beach serves as a haven for shell collectors owing to its unique and abundant collection of shells.

To reach Punta Arena de La Ventana, visitors must take the road towards Playa Ensenda de Muertos and then take a detour towards Punta Arena. The lighthouse serves as a visible guide to the beach. It is recommended to have a four-wheel-drive vehicle to access preferred spots on the beach.
