Punta Borinquen Beach

Punta Borinquen Beach is a stunning and peaceful location situated in Aguadilla. Known for its natural beauty, the beach offers a calm and serene environment, making it a great spot for family outings, picnics, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the day. The beach is characterized by its calm waters, which are particularly inviting during the summer months when the swells are at their calmest. However, it is also a popular surfing spot during the peak season from October to February when the swells are at their highest.

The beach is also home to a trail that leads to some ruins and a watch tower, providing a panoramic view of the coast. Despite its popularity, the beach is not overly crowded, making it a perfect place to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy some quiet time. It is also a great spot for watching sunsets and observing planes coming into the nearby airport.

While the beach does not have food trucks or bathrooms, there are plenty of options available just five minutes away on the main road. Parking is available near the beach. However, it should be noted that cellphone signal can be weak in the parking area due to the tall cliff masking the area, but it is usually regained once settled on the beach.
