Sa Roqueta

Sa Roqueta is a tranquil semi-urban beach situated in the municipality of Es Pujols, in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is nestled between Ses Canyes beach and Levante beach, making it easily accessible by foot from either of these locations. The beach is also reachable by car via the nearest road, PM-820.

This beach is characterized by its fine golden sand interspersed with rocky outcrops, contributing to its captivating natural beauty. It is known for its clear turquoise waters that resemble a natural swimming pool when there is no wind, making it a paradise for beach lovers and snorkelling enthusiasts. However, during the high season, the beach can experience moderate waves and winds, adding a touch of excitement for visitors.

Sa Roqueta spans a length of 560 meters and a width of 20 meters. Despite its popularity, the beach maintains a serene atmosphere, owing to its moderate visitor numbers. It is a less well-known beach and is highly recommended for a visit, especially by naturists, given its status as a nudist beach.

The beach offers an unguarded parking lot with less than 50 spaces, which can be limited during peak times. It is also accessible by public transportation, offering a convenient option for visitors without personal vehicles.

Despite its semi-urban location, Sa Roqueta remains a charming and peaceful beach, known for its clean water and incredible views. However, it should be noted that there are no specific facilities for disabled individuals, and the nearest hospital is the Hospital de Formentera, located in Sant Francesc.
