The occupancy rate is generally low, with no more than 30% of the beach being occupied at any given time.
Praia de Seiñas is surrounded by eucalyptus trees, old knitting factories, and Albariño vineyards, adding to its unique charm. The beach is well-maintained and clean, and there is a beach bar nearby for visitors.
Visitors can easily access the beach by foot or by car via the nearest road, the CC-550. However, there is no parking available directly at the beach, so visitors will need to park nearby. There is a small lot on the side of the road suitable for cars and campers. Public transportation to the beach is also available through the interurban route from O Grove to Cambados.
Despite its peaceful and secluded location, the beach is not far from essential services. The closest hospital is Hospital do Salnés, located in Estromil-Ande-Rubianes, Vilagarcía de Arousa, which can be reached within a distance of 17 km.
Praia de Seiñas is a haven for nature lovers, with a variety of birds and insects calling it home. Despite being partially obscured by a hill, the beach is also known for its beautiful sunsets. However, it should be noted that the beach does not have access for disabled individuals.
