The beach is known for its stunning views of the Southern Ocean, spectacular rock formations, and durable cliffs. The weather at St Pauls Beach can be quite changeable, with conditions varying from hour to hour. Despite this, the views remain fantastic, particularly between squalls.

The beach is accessible via the Coppins Track, a natural trail that offers breathtaking views of the ragged coastline and underwater caves. This trail also leads to Sorrento, providing a scenic walk that is a popular attraction for visitors. Unfortunately, due to recent rock collapses, direct access to the beach is currently closed.
