Strand Steinbeck

Strand Steinbeck is a beach located on the Baltic Sea, known for its breathtaking views of the cliffs. The beach is not suitable for swimming due to its rocky nature, but it is perfect for walking and enjoying the natural surroundings. The cliffs have been affected by storm surges, most notably in October 2023, which can sometimes result in a smaller beach area.

Parking is available at a lot located above the cliffs. From there, a narrow pathway leads down to the beach. The parking lot was previously paid, but currently appears to be free of charge as there are no payment machines in sight.

Compared to other beaches, Strand Steinbeck is less crowded, especially during the summer. This makes it an ideal location for those seeking a more secluded and quiet beach experience. However, due to the challenging pathway and rocky terrain, visitors are advised to exercise caution when visiting the beach.
