One of the unique features of Thermal Spring Saillon is its natural thermal spring. This small spring is located in the scenic Salentze gorges, just above a cave painted by Gustave Courbet. A path through picturesque vineyards leads to the spring, offering breathtaking views of the valley below. The spring itself is a small outlet next to a rock resembling a head, allowing for a shower under the spout by the wooden steps. The water temperature is slightly warmer than the river, at around 8°, but it is not hot. Despite its small size, the spring is set at the entrance to a forest, providing a tranquil and picturesque spot for visitors.
