Trypiti Beach is a remote white sand beach located on a small gulf facing west. It is accessible via a 15-minute walk from Kalotaritisa Beach, following a path over a cliff. Despite the rocky path, the journey is relatively easy and can be managed even in flip flops. However, it is advisable to bring a flashlight as the area can get extremely dark. On clear nights, the visibility of the milky bands of our galaxy and countless stars is a sight to behold.
The beach is typically not crowded, often hosting only two or three camping tents during the summer. It is also known as a nudist beach, with a significant portion of its visitors choosing to sunbathe in the nude. For those planning to camp overnight, there is a nearby tavern where one can purchase cold water and breakfast.
You can enjoy one of the restaurants at the beach while soaking up the sun.
Visitor reviews highlight the beauty and tranquility of the beach, with its white sand and clear night skies offering a view of the galaxy. The beach's remote location and the short, easy walk to reach it are also appreciated. However, some visitors note that the beach is often frequented by nudists, which may not be to everyone's liking.
