Plage de Vignale

Plage de Vignale is a picturesque beach located in the town of Ghisonaccia, on the French island of Corsica. It lies approximately 4 kilometers away from the village center. The beach is known for its expansive stretch of golden sand, its clear water, and the tranquility it offers. It is characterized by a gentle slope, making it suitable for children and those who prefer shallower swimming areas.

During the summer season, the beach tends to be popular and can be crowded, but it is less busy than the southern beaches of Corsica. Despite the crowd, there is abundant space for visitors to find a secluded spot. The beach also allows dogs on leashes.

Plage de Vignale offers several amenities for visitors' convenience. There are beach huts and the option to rent mattresses. The beach also has places where visitors can have lunch.

The beach is easily accessible by road, with the D144 road leading directly to the waterfront. There is a large parking lot located about 100 meters from the beach. Additionally, parking is also available right in front of the beach for those who prefer to park closer to the sea.

Visitors are advised that while the beach is monitored during the summer, there is an unsupervised section on the right side. The area further away from the parking lot tends to be less crowded.

The natural charm of Plage de Vignale is further enhanced by the presence of a few fish in the water. It is also possible for visitors to walk to the wild beach of Pinia to the north, further extending the beach's sandy expanse.
