Sölden is a popular destination located in Tyrol, Austria. Known for its picturesque landscapes and outdoor activities, it's a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and adventure seekers.
Grawa Waterfall is an impressive natural landmark in the Stubaital valley, approximately 15 km from Neustift im Stubaital and 1 km from the Stubai Glacier. Declared a natural monument in 1979, it is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Austria and one of the widest in the East Alps. The waterfall is integrated into the Stubai WildWaterPark and the WildWaterTrail, both designed to highlight the most stunning water features in the valley. It is freely accessible to the public at all times and is a popular spot for ice climbers during the winter season. Visitors can admire the waterfall from an alpine pasture located underneath the Glacier Road at 1,530 m above sea level, near the Grawa Mountain Hut, a popular rest point. A lower panoramic platform, which can be reached within a 15-minute walk, offers a fantastic view of the rushing Sulzbach brook. For those seeking a more challenging hike, there's a trail leading to an upper platform, offering a breathtaking view of the waterfall.
